Somatic yoga is about listening inward - less about shapes and more about sensation. Every posture and breath is a chance to notice what your body is saying to you. Your mat is a beautiful place where that listening and noticing can begin.

What to Expect:


This class focuses on how the body feels rather than how it

looks. You’ll be encouraged to listen to and trust your body’s

sensations, moving intuitively instead of striving for a specific

pose. This practice gently guides the body from a state of

stress into one of balance and ease, helping to lower cortisol

levels and calm the nervous system.

There is no right or wrong way to feel. Each breath, each sensation, belongs.
