In this workshop we'll go over balanced alignment of the feet.
Learn how to ease low/high arches, flat feet, hammertoes, bunions and plantar fasciitis. We’ll do stretches to remobilize both the feet and ankles, exercises to tone the arches, and some self-massage to stimulate and relax the feet. Plus a bunch of other cool tricks you can do at home.
